Shipping and payment

Choose the shipping option that suits you best. You will be informed about the delivery of your package via SMS. Shipping and postage are free for orders over CZK 2,000 and there is no cash on delivery fee.

Packeto – shipping CZK 100

You can pick up your package at a selected Packeto delivery point. Choose the delivery point when placing your order in our e-shop. Always check to make sure of your delivery point. You will receive an SMS message that your order has been processed and is waiting to be picked up by carrier. Once we hand your package over to Packeto, you will then receive an SMS and email when your package reaches the delivery point.
