Terms and Conditions

General provisions

These Terms and Conditions are intended for purchases made in the online store of www.wrapup.cz (also for pytliknachleba.cz and pytliknapecivo.cz). They also determine the business relationship between the customer (buyer) and seller, who is also the operator of the online store. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and establish the rights and obligations of the seller and buyer created by online shopping in the e-shop.

The seller and operator of the www.wrapup.cz online store is the limited liability company: Wrap Up s.r.o.

The seller declares that all the items sold in this online store are their own products. An exception is the magazine for travelers of Tripy.cz.

The buyer is a consumer buying the products for their own use.

The buyer can also be an entrepreneur buying the products as goods for resale. If the buyer is a contractual partner with a valid contract with the seller, then the written contract and its conditions apply to that relationship. The entrepreneur can use the e-shop to place an order in. For bulk orders, the seller recommends using the inquiry form or, better, email correspondence.

All T&C are in agreement with the legal system of the Czech Republic, Europe.

I. Purchases

All orders submitted on the e-shop www.nanosilver.eu are legally binding. By ordering, the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the trade which include payment, shipping and warranty. Following the submission of your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. In case of not receiving the email, contact us to verify if the order has been registered by our office. 

II. Description of items

The purchased items which are described by design, function and other parameters on www.bag4bread.com. The pictures of the described items are only for illustrative purposes and in some cases may slightly differ from the actual product.

III. Ordering 

The list of items in the e-shop is also a catalogue of normally available items. All prices include VAT. To order the items, the customer needs to register and fill in the order form. 

IV. Methods of payment 

Credit Card  – at nanosilver.eu, you can easily and securely pay by card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.

PayPal – you also have the opinion to pay via PayPal. The payment is very simple and secure. Please refer to  www.bag4bread.com for details and if you want to open your account. 

Wire Transfer – traditional payment method, thus accessible for customers who prefer manual forms of payment.

V. Shipping costs 

Total price of your order includes a cost of packaging and the selected shipping method. Shipping cost is EUR 13 for all country.

VI. Speed of delivery

Estimated delivery dates include the dispatch time, and will depend on postal service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods. Standard delivery time is 5-10 working days for EU country. Outside the EU depends according shipping process. 

VII. Warranty and service

The warranty applies from the day of receipt of the item. Damage of the item within the period by normal wear is not applicable for warranty.

VIII. Returns policy

All returns and warranty claims will be resolved in accordance with Czech law within 30 days. Due to very low return rate, most returns are resolved very quickly, within a few days. All returned items need to be sent to the  Logistics address

IX. Exchange of items

All items are marked according to a standard  European system and the product description contains a table of measures for each size.

If the customer requests a different size, colour etc, the items may be returned, unused in the original packaging to the address of the Logistics. Please include a piece of paper with a brief reason for return and what new product you request. The shipping costs are paid by the customer.

X. Data protection

NanoTrade Ltd. is grateful for your trust and protects your data from abuse and does not share them with a third party with the exception of the shipping company in accordance with the personal data protection law 101/2000 Sb. of the Czech Republic.

XI. Concluding statement

By ordering the items, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and to the payment of the final price of the order.

The seller reserves a right to update the terms and conditions which are published on the web www.bag4bread.com. The customers will be clearly  informed about the changes.
